Very comfortable and useful.
I have to say 'the not fanny pack' is pretty comfortable. No more hanging or dangling parts from my Tandem Insulin Pump to get caught and ripped painfully off. I reserve the right to change my review if for some reason things change in the next few days, but I doubt it. I feel much better knowing that it's all tucked away. As a bonus, my Dexcom didn't go on as well as usual and is loose giving flaky readings. Since I put it on, it's also held underneath tighter to my body and the numbers seem to be a little more stable. I highly recommend this product.

The mesh obscures the screen
The belt is very comfortable and can be worn 24/7.The problem is that the mesh makes reading the pump very difficult, requiring removal of the pump from the belt to read it.

Beta Bionis iLet use
Most accommodating for my large belly & pump. Bought 6 of these belly belt/pouches to conveniently carry my iLet under my shirt. Only four stars for the one side of the pouch's inside rectangular containment area's velcro strips coming unglued & loose after 20 -50 uses/days. Get some fabric glue with this purchase.

Easy to use, perfect fit
I move a lot in my sleep so I want a fit closest to the narrow part of my waist. This one is perfect! no zipper or hooks, just one smooth finish latch. I love it!

plastic clip in middle of back hard
The band and the poach work great, its the hard plastic clip in the middle of the back that hurts and makes it uncomfortable when sitting in car driving. Pocking you in the back
