Pasta is at the top of my list of “comfort foods” and this was a delicious treat!I love the story behind this high-quality pasta and was really impressed with the quality and quantity. My husband and I prefer a softer “chew” but it was well-worth the longer cooking time (30+ minutes as not only did it soften up but it also expanded to almost triple the original size. I chose to cook it first and then layer it with meat sauce, mozzarella, and ricotta like a penne lasagna. It came out muy delicioso!We’re looking forward to trying the other varieties and will enjoy the responsibly sourced and healthy meals to come. The price is a bit out of our league, though, so we will have to make these 8 boxes last as long as possible ($52.00 ($0.54 / Ounce = $6.5 / box) at the time of this review).Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

We have a few people in our family with sensitive stomaches so I wanted to see if this brand helped them at all. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable impact to their stomachs, however, this is still very good pasta. However, the cost is not worth what you're getting. Any big warehouse store will absolutely destroy this price and for what I am not sure. The claim of high fiber and low GI is invisible to us, so I'm not sure what I would be paying for. Maybe others out there know exactly, and have very special needs, for them, this pasta tastes the same as normal pasta to me, and it cooks the same too, so for you it would be a great find I guess.

Our family loves eating pasta, but we always stick with the known name pasta brand. So we thought to give this new brand a try, I do not regret doing so.We ordered the 8 packs varieties that come with 2 Elbow/2 Penne/2 Rotini/2 Cavatappi, it's pretty good size too. If you like al den-te texture and prefer your pasta to be a bit chewy, this is the one to get. The texture is perfect, a it taste little different than the other pasta but it's good. It clings to the sauce well, so helps with preparation time.It has a long expiry date too of about 2 years, so I can store it for longer time.

I think it's a good quality pasta product, but there's nothing particularly remarkable outside of the nutritional benefits. They're all pretty tasty and the pasta was in the expected shape. If you're looking for a variety pack of pasta, this may be what you're looking for.

I have cooked one of each style of pasta In the variety pack now and all have turned out great. This pasta is heartier than the pasta I usually get.It almost seems like it has a slight Al Dante to it even after it is done cooking. This means it doesn’t get gummy like other pasta commonly does when I cook it really really happy with that.

For the amount of packs that you get I do think that it is worth it. I like that I can experiment with different kinds of pastas and textures with these. I also can appreciate the fact that they are all organic and seem to be in great quality. It's my first time ever trying anything from this brand but I probably be interested in trying their other things. It was easy to cook with as well, but so far I've only tried penne and rotini which went well.

So far, I've only tried the Penne, which is delicious. I ate it with homemade marinara sauce and it suited it well. It took longer to cook than other pastas, but it was worth it. Love that it's high in fiber.
