This Man Matters shilajit is a very good quality. It has no chemical added , 100% purity. It is a sticky substance that is found in mountains top ridges. It has health benefits. It feels energetic after having it. For best results i take with warm milk. It gives positive results.

I have been using Shilajit since May 2022 and the biggest mistake I did was to change the brand after seeing so many 'positive' reviews. Right from the time I started having this brand of Shilajit, I started feeling extremely tired and fatigued. To top it all, I was sleepy throughout the day and in the night , I would get up with a thud and would feel extremely weak. I have stopped using it now and am feeling much better. My sincere advice: Please do not buy this at any cost (pun intended).

Man matters shilajit is a lil bit thicker as compared to Dabur Shilajit . Both of them works fine. I've posted two pics of shilajit water ; dark one is Dabur shilajit lighter brown one is man matters shilajit. Both of them improves stamina . You can feel the difference in sleep quality. Helps to maintain focus better. Improves Libido . Helps to boost testosterone. You can feel the improvement within 1 week of usage in your sexual health. I highly recommend Dabur or Man matters shilajit to young man to use it everyday of your life.
