These Insoles VS Superfeet Green/Blue
REVIEW ON AMAZON OFPlantar Fasciitis Feet Insoles Arch Supports Orthotics Inserts for Flat Feet, High Arch, Foot Pain Mens 8 - 8 1/2 | Womens 10 - 10 1/2"Over 68,000 reviews with 4.5 out of 5 star ratings here on Amazon. I'd done lots of research on orthotics after experiencing problems with calf pain, knee pain and plantar fasciitis. I'd been using Superfeet Green and Blue for over 15 years! But the Superfeet seemed to aggravate my knee, calf and plantar fasciitis problem, especially while running. The Green more than the Blue I'd say. When running it was very noticeable that the Superfeet did not offer as much cushion. I figured I could get away with just using the Blue, but the Blue caused the plantar fasciitis to flare up or at least not get better. I figured there must be a better orthotic.THIS IS IT! You can get all kinds of recommendations from podiatrists, sports medicine doctors, physical therapists, like I have and some of their shoes and orthotics can cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars over time.As soon I tried these, there wasn't even the slightest bit of pain from the Plantar Fasciitis, the knees, or the calf. I worked out at the gym, ran, jumped, did my workouts and it passed the test. And I workout pretty hard.Specifically, I noticed that in contrast to the superfeet, these insole/orthotics are firm but not as rigid as the superfeet. They seem to have a thickness in that arch area that doesn't dig in but gives and even edge of support along the arch. The forefoot area of the orthotic is comfortable because it again seems supportive but not as hard as the Superfeet. If you've suffered from knee or plantar fasciitis pain you know what I'm talking about the sheer relief and joy you feel when that pain is relieved.I'm suspecting that with this kind of support continued with my physical therapy, I'm well on my way to a complete and permanent resolution. All I can say is, the price is right, the reviews of over 68,000 customers and the endorsement of Amazon make this a bet worth taking.3 DAY UPDATE...After 3 days of wearing these all day for walking, exercising, casual wear, I can say that it has reduced my plantar fasciitis pain to ZERO. Even in the morning I don't feel anything. I pressed on the plantar fasciitis and yes it was a bit tender, but not as much before. I can only conclude that these orthotics take the stress off the plantar fasciitis and are giving it time to heal.1 WEEK UPDATEI continue to have pain relief from Plantar Fasciitis while bicycling, running, working out. One thing I should mention is that sometimes I don't lace up my shoes tight enough and my foot is sliding around in the shoe on the orthotic. I have to remember to make sure my laces are tight enough and my foot is nice and snug in the shoe against the orthotic for it to be most effective.Another thing is that I've discovered Jeff Cavaliere who was physical therapist to the New York Jets Championship baseball team for 3 years. Search youtube: 'Jeff Cavaliere Plantar Fasciitis', you'll see the best explanation of the mechanics of what CAUSES this condition and the stretches he teaches to solve this condition. It's an eye opener! All those so-called remedies, like rolling the bottom of your foot on a tennis ball are just to help with the symptom of pain, they don't really address the source and cause of the issue. Watch the video, do the stretch he teaches and see if that doesn't improve your condition and perhaps solve it for good!

very good for the price
Due to bad case of bilateral plantar fasciitis, I have been trying MANY inserts to get relief. Altho each person is probably different, these did not have enough arch support from my perspective. I found Valsole to be best for my feet, even tho I am not 220 lbs! Hero walker is also a decent alternative (4 stars), esp for the lower price. Both fit me better than Easyfeet. Will probably rely on Herowalker as a baseline product when my acute fasciitis settles down.

Love them
I have these in every pair of shoes I can fit them in. They have great heel and arch support .

Sometimes you might get a dud.
This was my 3rd pair these. Usually they bring great relief to my pitiful feet. With this set, I noticed intense pain in the ball of my left foot every time I used my new inserts. I tried my old ones and no ball pain. Threw the new ones away. Mentioning so you keep in mind that if you have had these in the past and the new ones aren't relieving your plantar fasciitis, or causing other discomforts, you might have just gotten a bad one.

I’m Back on My (Flat) Feet Again! Old Army Medic Approved!
Started a new job in March. Extremely labor intensive v previous “remote” position. Unbelievable pain, burning, swelling, joint stiffness & locking being on my feet all day including mostly heavy surfaces (concrete, construction, heavy equipment, rough/uneven surfaces, etc.,). I’m 53 & could barely walk at times. I’ve never had this much difficulty over the years (Army Medic, Running, previous “on feet 24/7” employment) & after trying a few other brands, these win hands down.Previous inserts fell apart within weeks. My Salomon X Ultra Cortex hiking boots-previously broken-in w/o these issues, never created these problems (hiking, day-to-day), nor other shoes (work, play, exercise). After changing to Walk-Hero Insoles for Plantar Fasciitis, the relief was immediate. Used daily in harsh conditions for months & work as well as week one. Product info states Walk Hard insoles last upwards of two years & am confident they can. Little wear via daily work/labor intensive use averaging 12-20K steps daily included in pics. Competitors’ inserts failed to last 40-60 days while offering minuscule if any results. Most women’s athletic or work shoes with higher-arch supports caused painful charlie-horse-like cramps in feet/lower leg given my very flat-footed nature. Thus, men’s work, athletic shoes are the norm after realizing my US Army Combat Boots (1989-1992) never caused the above mentioned. With 33+ years medical experience, plus multiple athletic, recreational & service related joint injuries, including reconstructive surgery on right ankle at 21 years old, I knew this wasn’t a “Yep, I’m old & just accept it,” or “Wow! I’m really out of shape,” situation. Using these confirmed it & made an immediate difference, while consistently improving symptoms from feet to lower back. These last few weeks, my Doc treated me for an ongoing, recently discovered systemic autoimmune response, emphasizing & answering my ongoing musculoskeletal, immune & neuro related pain, burning, joint stiffness/locking, inflammation, etc., & the related balance/coordination, fatigue, miserable quality of life & more. These insoles still made enough of a difference to continue working after missing a few days work vs being put on leave for week(s). My unrealized autoimmune response created a ten-fold effect of aforementioned issues sporadically for months but was still able to work in fast-paced, un-feet friendly scenarios successfully. My quality of life has improved. I get out bed without catching myself against a wall to avoid falling. I still have symptoms, but they’ve decreased dramatically. Current Immune flare-ups are also bearable. Though my symptoms are likely to continue & may get worse, I’m more confident in the chances of working through them with these insoles as a cornerstone to that success. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars on prescription insoles from castings of your feet, try these first. I’m grateful I did. Highly recommend! K

Very comfortable fit
I just bought another pair, perfect fit I’m very comfortable. I replace monthly due to all the walking. I do in clinic every day.

Painful
Like others who've experienced pain with these, I developed a small, painful bump on my foot near my little toe that has only recently turned into a painful callus. I think it has something to do with the raised logo on the insert. While the logo is facing down, the insert in that area is rather thin and the weight of walking and standing in these has pressed the logo into my foot and caused the foot pain. Once i swapped them out for another brand, the pain has nearly vanished. I still will need to apply first aid to my foot to rid myself of the painful callus. To be fair, they are true to size.
