This electric fireplace is a great little addition! While it won't heat your whole house, it creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere in our living room, perfect for those cold mornings with a cup of coffee. It's truly plug-and-play, making setup a breeze. Plus, the app is super handy for when I'm too comfortable to reach for the remote or bend down to press buttons.

This was easy to hooked. I love it. It kicks out nice heat and the flame is very pretty to look at. I would use it more often But one of my dogs hate it. I have the wood crackling noise off but he runs in the other room. The other dog could care less if it was on. Not sure what is going on there.

Worked well all winter long. Realy liked to thermostat that worked and shut off when necessary.

This is one of the best things that I bought for this cost. I had a gas fireplace, but didn’t feel safe with my toddler twins running around and had it temporarily removed so I can have this inserted. Just makes me feel safer with little kids around. It is absolutely gorgeous. And unlike a gas or log fireplace, I can close the opening at the top of the fireplace so bugs don’t come in, there’s no dark stain for me to wipe down every time from my mantel, the fireplace is always clean, and it’s actually warm in my living room.

The media could not be loaded. I really love this electric fireplace. It was a perfect fit and it really changed the whole ambience of my living room.The set up was a breeze. Basically plug it in, put some batteries in the remote and you’re good to go. I downloaded the app which was also easy to install and set up.There are four color choices for the lighting, five levels of brightness, you can adjust the temperature, the crackling sound and numerous combinations of using them all.My personal favorite setting is the polar, with a brightness of 4.It gives off pretty good heat, well at least enough heat to take the chill out of a room.The crackling sound isn’t all that natural, and the actual remote that it comes with is pretty flimsy, but I’m still giving it 5 stars because I really like it a lot and it’s much better than the candelabra and candles I was previously using. Price wasn’t bad either and I almost spent more at Wayfair.

Bought this item to go into our unused fireplace & it fit perfectly & looked great. Unfortunately after a little more than a year it still lit up but the heat just stopped. I contacted the company directly to see if there was anything I could due to fix it, seeing how it wasn’t used but maybe a dozen times. Immediately they responded with a few different things to try, unfortunately none of them worked so they apologized & had me send them information on the unit & sent me a new one free. Very impressed, didn’t expect that but it’s nice knowing there are still companies out there that stands behind their products!

Horrible Return Policy!!! Don’t even bother!We received this “Electric Fireplace Log Heater” and right on the box it states“WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm”. THAT’S IT!!!I have attached a photo of the warning, because it typical for a warning to say something like, “Product may cause cancer…”, or “product is made with possible carcinogenic materials”. I went back and read every line of the product description, and product information tabs to determine if I possibly missed this warning. Well, no I did not. The warning is not stated anywhere. I then requested a return and found out that TURBRO has you print out a return label and YOU the consumer are responsible for the cost of returning the item!I took it to USPS and they were going to charge $43 to ship it back! I took the box back and called the “customer service” number that was provided which just sent me to a voicemail to leave a message. The recording on the voicemail stated “if you don’t hear back from us go ahead and send us an email!!So, TURBRO, is selling an item that states on the box and no where else that the product, “WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm”, makes you pay the shipping cost to return it and provides a customer service phone number which just sends their customers to a voicemail, with a message that makes one think, “they are never going to return my phone call”!AWFUL !!!
