This really works good. Once the water heats up it is ready to use. I used it on the ceramic tile kitchen floor where some food always gets spilled. It cleans the tiles and makes it look new again.

I used it a couple of times and then it stopped working. Waste of money DO NOT BUY!!!!

It works as intended, I bought it to kill the mold above my shower but I guess it’ll peel the paint right off instead ._. Only downside is, it runs out of water pretty fast after filling up especially if you’re running it consistency for about 8 minutes.

This is a product I really enjoy. Not the same brand but functions similarly. I got this one while it has a good promo. It arrived much earlier than I expected. I'm so happy it arrives earlier when I really need it. It's pretty addicting once you start to use it because all the cleanings at home becomes super easy and quick. I like this model better because the steam is much stronger and hotter. I used other brands before but they didn't perform well. Only wish is when this brand's price can be lowered further at some point.

This worked amazing and I used it about 4 times and it stopped working. It does not steam any more and i can't even return it nor get a refund because the deadline passed smh, the troubleshooting did not work either. It turns on and heats the water but no steam comes out. Waste of money.

It does provide some cleaning power on top of scrubbing with soap and water. It does not help to completely remove stubborn stains in the carpet, however.

I given this steamer five stars. It work beautifully for me. I had a very difficult job that I had to do man when I tell you it did the job it did it well. This product I will tell everyone that it is worth it. I don't normally give reviews, but I want everyone to know it does a great job it is worth buying.
