Works great on the REM 870
Ugh, needed to change the forearm wood on my REM 870 but couldn’t rig up anything to get the nut to unscrew. This did the job, strong metal design and removed the nut in seconds allowing me to put the ole corncob forend on. Works as advertised and nice coating on it!

Does NOT fit Mossberg 590
Don’t buy this is you have a Mossberg 590. The tool is too small in diameter and only one of the “teeth” catch on the forenut. Ended up using a pipe wrench instead. This tool was worthless and damaged the nut.
