Looked good out of the box. Worked perfectly twice, lovely mashed potatoes. 3rd time, rotor cutter failed, locking mechanism worn out/failed

Great bit of kit. Takes the toil out of mashing potatoes or any other veg. Would recommend.

My friend bought one and loves it but mine failed upon first use like those who have reported similar on here. The plastic blade just wouldn't lock into place and kept falling off. I phoned Coopers who said there wasn't a general problem with them but I've seen similar complaints on here dating back to January 2016! I asked and received a full refund. I didn't want to risk a replacement and the same thing happening. Maybe they have a faulty batch?

This was an attachment for a Kenwood Chef (I didn't read the small print!) so I had to return it as I do not have a Kenwood Chef

We find this piece of kit to be an excellant tool. It is particularly handy for my wife who has arthritas in her wrists. We have reccomended this item to all her sisters.
