Bad product and improper after sales service
Filters have damaged within 1 year.After purchasing product, the installation team will take much time too respond. Installation charges are Rs.700/- (very much higher than the local dealer installation). And later local dealers will come on their behalf to install.When talked with sellers, they told if we want warranty we have to get purifier installed from them(and they will send local dealers for installation).Within 1 year, the filters have damaged due to their improper advise. When we have asked for warranty, they are asking to pay field visit charges of Rs.300 just for checking of warranty claim and repairing charges will be separate.The person who has come for installation hasnt told us that filters need to be changed every month as water here is not good in our area and advised us to get it changed every 6 months. Due to their incorrect advise all the filters have got damaged. When We have asked for warranty, they are telling that warranty doesnt cover for filters. It only covers electric things. When i have got it repaired from other known technician he told me that the filters inside were not of high standards. It cost me 2000 just to replace filters which were damaged. We would have been better off if we would have purchaased product from local dealers.Completely dissatisfied with the product.

Poor quality product! Don't buy!
Firstly, they charge 700-750/- rupees for installation which is overprice as compared to market rates of 300-500/-. The installation vendor is some third party who came with less pipe for installation and saying it got used up in last installation. Then the product stops working in 40 days of installation. You call them to claim warranty, they tell you to pay 300/- rupees service charge. The product cost may be low, but service and maintenance is too higher. Chose wisely. Not worth it!!No one expects that the product will stop working so soon and wasting money.

The product was not working. I used local Service people to repair this machine.
The product was not working. They did not come or Service contact Number was not available. So i used local service personnel to repair the newly bought machine. pathetic peoduct. Dont buy from this seller.
