Yellow Spotlight Rabbit Snail (Pack of 2) (Tylomelania sp.) Freshwater Live Snails

I was hesitant to purchase snails online this being my first time, but I’m beyond happy with my purchase. They arrived healthy and active.

I bought 2 to go in my 40 gallon tank. They arrived well packaged and alive. I have had them for 1.5 months and doing well.

I was disapointed on the color. One had NO yellow, it was tan spots, the other had pale yellow - not like the photo that was shown. They had very hard shells = GOOD. I drip acclimated them, then sat them on the substrate, and within a couple of seconds the took off working and exploring, again, GOOD. The company did a wonderful job of packing them. but remember I paid the extra $30.99 dollars to get them to me fast, I received them in 3 days from ordering. This created 2 very expensive guys, they better live !!!

I was excited to get the snails one arrived dead the other died within a few weeks. Customer service blamed me right away wanting pics of them upon arrival and after they died, water quality etc,,,,, I wouldn't waste my time with this company although they did end up refunding me my money iy was after many back and forth e-mails and blaming. Very poor customer service

I got value for my money with these two snails. They are larger and better looking than I expected. I think you will be happy with a purchase from this seller. Many thanks!
