If you are familiar with the benefits and plusses of Liposomal Vitamin C, I don't have to address that- but note, I've been using Liposomal Vitamin C for over 20 years. There are publications detailing the health benefits of of high dosage vitamin C, and discussing, for example, clinical information about how much Vitamin C a normal animal capable of manufacturing it in their liver makes per day on average- for a "150 lb" animal like my wife, thats 3,000 to 5,000 mg/day. this is for a healthy animal- pathologies or disease or age will increase that amount.I have introduced Liposomal Vitamin C to friends who have had issues like peptic ulcers, and for which the acidity of conventional ascorbic acid is a non-starter.The Mercola 3 pack matches the flavor and performance of my previous favorite Lipisomal C, in a surprisingly similar packaging format, but at a much more attractive price. The flavor is quite comparable, with just a hint of vanilla.Of course, you can get Liposomal Vitamin C in capsules, also, which I've consumed quite a few of over the last two decades, but I find taking C with a measuring spoon and a small glass of water as a chaser is both more enjoyable and faster than capsules.

I’ve been using this liposomal vitamin C regularly, and it feels easier on my stomach than tablets. I like how it mixes easily with water, which also helps with the taste. It's a bit sour, so I’d recommend diluting it if you're sensitive. It's become a convenient part of my routine.

Horrible consistency. Way to thick to swallow and can't even considered anything to help wash it down with. I don't know, may I got a bad batch but I will NEVER order this again.

This is great for children who have not learned to swallow a pill. The taste is also appealing to them, making it easy to either stir into water or give by the spoonful. We don't use this every day, but dose up when we get the sniffles.As a parent, I also appreciate that it can be taken in spoon form, like a food. I don't want to teach my child that consuming pills is an everyday, natural thing. We ideally should be getting all of our nutrients from our food, not supplements or pills. When that's not possible, I think being able to offer this in spoon format, somewhat helps prevent normalizing pill consumption.

I used to take vitamin C in pill. But now I take the Liposomal V C.

I am enjoying taking my vitamin C in this liquid form. And plan to purchase another pack to three in the near future.

I found the taste disagreeable and then noticed it's in a base of sunflower oil, which I don't eat. Unfortunately, this product is ineligible for return, even though I bought 3 bottles and only opened one.
