I purchased the Starlight color and it was delivered the 5th. Today is the 11th and matte starlight coating on the clasp is scratching off and revealing a shinny silver color. I wore this band in a suit doing very low impact office work only. However, the band links, themselves, do not show any scratching, which is awesome. The coating issue might just be on the clasp. Having a shinny silver clasp on a matte silver band should look alright, but I’m not sure what is under say the black band. A silver clasp would not look good on that nor the pink or gold options. Besides the clasp, the band is lovely. The color is nice, and the stones are sparkly and pretty. Within one day, I got a compliment on it. I had to size down the band by two links, and the mechanics of removing links was easy and clear. The band is comfortable — it feels like a typical watch band. It holds it tight enough to do all the heart rate stuff on the Apple Watch, but it breathes way more than the silicone bands. The metal does not make my wrist sweat, making way more comfortable. It does not stretch, as it is metal, but the clasp opens plenty wide to slide on then tighten down. The clasp, aside from the color coating, is a good clasp. It is easy to latch on and un-latch, and stays latched until purposefully removed. Update: 10/1/2024 - the clasp is completely scratched off to be a shinny silver. I honestly don’t even notice it. I have gotten several compliments on the band, even without a watch cover (and my watch is dark blue — super contrast). There is a slight bit of ware on the links where you would assume high friction areas — like where my wrists sits on a desk and rubs while typing/writing. I’m not super attentive, so I had to look now for the update to be all, “oh yeah, it kinda is…” but even this is mostly on the underside where people don’t see. (Added a picture of this, last picture). There have been no issues with punching or falling off. I honestly think about it less than the Apple silicon one that came with it. Solid band.

Very pretty

I wanted a silver band that was a little more dressy for my series 8 Iwatch. I already have a gold band with a magnetic clasp, but it does stick to itself and anything that is magnetic and is picky on fabric, so I decided to try something new. I ordered the Marge Plus in starlight. This is very pretty band that feels quite solid and sturdy. It has a fold- over clasp like a more expensive band. It was somewhat tricky to adjust the size, which is why I only gave it four stars. As I have a small wrist, I had to take out six links. But after I had it adjusted, it fit very snuggly on my wrist. The watch comes with an adjusting tool and some extra links in case you have an extra big wrist. There are written Instructions as well as a video on the Amazon link, so the adjustment procedure is not hard to figure out. But you do have to determine how many links to remove to size it properly, and some of the pins are more difficult than others to slide out. At one point I needed a pair of pliers to grasp the end of a pin. You also want to balance how many pins you remove from each side of the band. So there is a learning curve as far as getting the band to fit properly, but I am happy with it. It's very attractive and the price was reasonable.

This one was great and is probably my favorite band so far. The sparkle and rhinestones look beautiful, the quality feels solid, and it fits my Apple Watch perfectly. It is comfortable to wear all day and dresses up my watch without being too heavy. I have gotten so many compliments on it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a little extra shine on their wrist.
