The neoprene sleeve is a bonus! Keeps me confident that the glass won't break when I throw it in my backpack for the rest of the day. Customer service with this product is awesome - they reached out to me to find out if I liked the product and if they could do anything. I mentioned that the product came slightly damaged (looks like in route the box was dinged and so the lid had a scratch) - the bottle and lid were completely functional and had they not contacted me for feedback I would never had said a thing as it didn't make a bit of difference - but they promptly responded and sent me a replacement.
