Great price, Great product!
These hearing aids are priced well, they work fantastic. It takes a little getting used to being able to hear again, when I first put them in even the sound of crinkling paper was something that I never really heard before. I found that pushing the button in the center Reduces all of the background noise and even with a significant hearing loss problem I can hear everything for the first time they do take some time to get used to because when you first put them in everything will seem loud to you. The batteries last a long time , I would give these at least five stars and six if I could. The only thing is adjusting the volume when you have them in your ears is a little dial on the top and until you get used to adjusting the volume when they’re in your ears. It can be a little difficult , I would recommend these to anybody that has significant hearing loss like I do. Even if you have mild Hearing loss, you can turn the volume way down to one or less, and they would work for you as well. The comfort level I guess would depend on whether you’re used to having glasses or earbuds or something else laying just behind your ear.

Dellona D10 senior hearing amplifier is great for a very low cost device
I needed a "hearing amplifier" quickly and at low cost. My hearing aids from Costco had to be sent back to be reset after three years of hard use. I needed a temporary replacement for up to two weeks. A set of Dellona D10 hearing devices cost me $60 and were available overnight through Amazon. For basic sound amplification, they work very well. The D10 devices do not have all the features of my $1,500 hearing aids, such as being able to adjust their settings through an app on my smartphone and automatic gain reduction for limit really loud sounds. But I can hear and understand what my spouse is saying, and I can listen comfortably to TV. In fact, I have to use a relatively low volume setting on the D10s with the maximum "noise reduction" setting, as well as one of the provided alternate size "ear plugs" to avoid excessive volume and feedback. I will use my fancy $1,500 hearing aids when I get them back, but the D10s are a great interim solution or substitute, and not just because they are inexpensive.

Great for Dad who can't afford hearing aids.
UPDATE: These hearing amplifiers only lasted a year, and I paid SIXTY DOLLARS for them on Amazon. You can get them for $18 on Temu.Let me first say that these are HEARING AMPLIFIERS. They are not hearing aids. They have some noise cancelation, but it is not the best. Their volume is incredibly good. They amplify everything, and it can be a little disorientating for my father. My fathers hearing was getting so bad that we literally had to shout in his face for him to hear us. He was getting upset, and depressed, that he couldn't hear. The television was always blaringly loud on 50 - 80 volume, and he still couldn't make out normal conversation.Sadly, we are a low income family with Free Healthcare from Affordable Healthcare Act. They do not cover hearing aids, so we would have had to pay over $3000 for a pair of them for my father.Knowing this, I purchased this amplifiers due to how good their reviews were, and I was not disappointed. Now my father can hear us speaking to him in a normal voice, he can talk on the phone, listen to the tv at low volume, and even hear us talking in another room. However, they AMPLIFY EVERYTHING. Every little sound, plates hitting the table, the dog barking, crumpling up paper, et cetera. So they take some getting used to.He takes them out while washing the dishes, or doing loud things like vacuuming or mowing the lawn. But otherwise, he loves and enjoys them, and I would buy them again if they broke or got lost. Their noise cancelation of background sounds could be better. But that's something that has to advance with technology over time.

It really amplifies sounds, but…
I’ve gone through seven devices; hearing aids, amplifiers and a Bose Hearphone set. They all started diminishing in capability as my hearing worsened. I’m now at 90% loss in the left and 75+% in my right ear. Took a chance on these and it lived up to the “for profound hearing loss” capability! They were fully powered out of the box and ready for self-fit. There is plenty of volume for my level of hearing and that’s at the lowest two levels of four. There is also four levels of background noise suppression that do work in everyday environments. However, my biggest problem is tonal loss in the spoken range. No amount of amplifying will compensate for that. If this device had tone adjustments I might have rated higher and felt like part of the crowd again! Overall, it’s a solid set of over the ear devices that will get the job done in most real world environments. One thing I did notice was in noisy places like restaurants and indoor spacious places, the background noises can be quieted down but there might be a small loss of being able to hear voices in front. But at home, it’s a different story…this is where they really shine! Carpeting, furniture etc., absorb background noises which makes it easy to understand people talking or the tv. BTW: the charge lasts a fairly long time and everything is included to keep them functional and operating! The price is the best value, by far, of any device I’ve had before!
