I’m not an athlete, not using this device the way others do. I have been in physical therapy for almost a year after degenerative disk disease reached a crisis. Two doctors and one physical therapist said there was nothing they could do for me, that I needed surgery. Fortunately, I am stubborn, and I found a really good therapist who took me from completely disabled to functioning pretty normally, able to go back to work full time and just taking Tylenol a couple times a day. No surgery! One of the exercises that has been very beneficial is side-stepping with resistance, but I couldn’t figure out a way to repeat the exercises at home. This device is exactly what I was looking for, and will help me graduate from PT to just working out at home. The resistance is a bit more than at PT, but I just don’t stretch it as far; however, I know from experience that I will continue to strengthen with the added resistance. I just wrap one end around a doorknob and shut the door and away I go!

It works well. You can strap it to a pole or have a friend follow you. They recommend the maximum distance to be between 20-22ft, so this isn’t a full field sprint workout unless you have a friend staying about 20 ft behind you while you run. I use it for me and my wife and the kids. Great flexibility- the belt allows the resistance to rotate almost 360 degrees around you- just the space in the front where the buckle is that allow the complete 360. Solid construction. Very good product.

Wow, i was really impressed at the quality of this resistance band.I have used it non-stop for a vaerity of training sessions for my kids.Thankfully Youtube is full of videos that gave us tons of useful workouts we could use with this band.The resistance band is very durable and really strong. I like the size of the gym back it comes with, large enough to fit a few more items inside.Nice addition for the cost.

Would like to see brief brochure of muscle groups effect by use of equipment for the various recommended exercises and drills. I am knowledgable of these groups (flexors, extensor adductors ,abductors, ankle plantor flexors,etc) but product could be more user friendly and cost effective for novice or one dimensional trainers to properly use your product.

This item isn’t good for anything really it doesn’t have the bouncy stretchy effect you would expect to have. I started running and it abruptly stopped me. Making all my insides remind me of all the stuff I ate earlier. I wish it had more elastic and prolonged stretch. But it doesn’t. It’s a fail.
