Honestly it does it’s supposed to do , I feel like unlike a lot of the reviews available no one showed a clear video , but I used it with a solution for these machines… cleaned my wife’s ring and my rings and was very pleased with the outcome for such an affordable rate !! I recommend cleaning about 2 to 3 times cause each clean only last about 5 minutes. But after that it will be sparkling and very clean !! Do not hesitate to buy this if your looking for a great at home jewelry cleaner

I bought this to clean my jewelry. I use a couple of drops of blue dawn dish soap and water. You don’t have to buy expensive cleaning solutions. It cleans the jewelry up nice. I just wouldn’t put anything in with little fake gems or aged sterling silver.

We bought this as a gift for our neighbor after she told my wife she had never owned one.It is smaller than my wife’s but works perfectly. Now my wife wants one.

I cleaned a couple of bracelets that hadn't been cleaned in about 2 years except for just trying to clean them with soap and water. But they still looked dull and dark. The second I put them in this cleaner and turned it on, you could see a cloud of black stuff floating away from the bracelets. When I took them out, they sparkled like new. I can't believe how reasonably priced this was. I remember when if you wanted an ultrasonic cleaner, it could easily cost $50 or more.

Useless, not sturdy, not easy to use not durable

Does not have a steel tank. All plastic. No ultrasonic frequency. One who wrote its ultrasonic is either lying or does not know what it actually is. It’s a simple AAA battery operated vibrator in a plastic box. No wonder it’s so CHEAP. Forget about tarnished silver, I applied tooth paste to the teeth retainer and it didn’t even take the toothpaste off after an hour when the battery died. Now it’s is resting in peace in my trash can.
