Felt it working right away n it's only day 1.

I purchased these supplements to help manage my hypothyroidism. I have finished the bottle completely now and have noticed an improvement in my mental focus and energy level. I am able to maintain focus on tasks during the day and feel more refreshed when I wake up. The tablets are about the size and shape of a pumpkin seed. They don't have a terrible taste. I am a little confused on the serving size, however. On one section of the bottle is states that a serving size is 2 tablets. On another side of the bottle where is states "suggested use" it recommends taking 2 tablets in the morning and an additional 2 tablets in the afternoon. I have been taking 2 tablets in the evening with my other vitamins. With the 60 tablets in the bottle that was one month of supplements. If the actual recommended daily dose is 4 tablets that means this is a 15 day supply and for the current price of $16.99 that does not seem very economical to me.

Bueno, a mí este tipo de de tableta y que tienen esos olores fuertes, no me gustan no me gustan mucho, no sabía que eran en tabletas este pensé que era otra clase que es la que yo tomo, pero tengo que buscar cuál es la que yo tomo, porque creo que otra marca te ayuda un poco a tener ánimo en el día pero no es lo que yo busco, yo lo que busco es que me baje los niveles y me ayudes con el cortisol que me sube mucho y ahí es que me la

I have found this to be the ONLY supplement that has ever shrunk my goiter and I have tried dozens. It hasn't completely eliminated it but whatever the formulation, it also works to balance thyroid hormone levels. It has helped to reduce and almost eliminate my heart arrythmias which my Dr has determined are all thyroid related at this point. After 3 negative biopsies my thyroid remains non-toxic as well. Someday, I may have to have a thyroidectomey but this supplement is the only reason I have been able to avoid major surgery and maintain a healthy functioning thyroid for now. Also the fact that it doesn't have harsh iodine of which our bodies need very little, is quite a positive for me. Honestly, I don't know what I'd do without it!

I have found this formula to be effective at reducing inflammation and some other symptoms I have that are associated with Hashimoto's and am really glad that this product exists. The herbs that are used are very well tolerated as well.

Its not really effective i just waste my money for this!
