First of all, It arrived at my doorstep in less than a week and it only took 15 minutes to unwrap completely. The box and packaging is really secure. It didn't take very long to expand, there wasn't any odor, and it feels so good on my back. I replaced a memory foam mattress because my back wasn't loving it and I needed more support - and bonus: this mattress is so much cooler than my old one since it's a hybrid mattress (traditional spring mattress with the foam topper). I live in Florida and I was constantly waking up hot and with aches in the morning - but not anymore! I bought a mattress sheet for it's size of 12 inches that will not properly fit this wrongly advertised size of 12 inch wide and also all white. The all white color made me wonder from the start. Now I feel screwed since I can't compress this mattress and send it back so I am forced to buy an extra topping cover to add the extra inches it comes short of.
