Will the 12” blade cut the 3M 99”x90’ film roll?

If this blade can cut the 3M plastic masking, I haven't found a way. I always have to use a utility blade. Works great for masking paper.

Are their screws to hold the blade on, or does it just lock into the hand masker? If there are screws which order do they come with?

No screws, it locks onto the hand masker

Paper weighs more than plastic. Is the tool sturdy enough to hold a roll of 12" masking paper?
