Instead of leaving you feeling silky soft, it tends to leave a slightly rough sensation behind.Now, onto the packaging quirks. One thing that caught my attention, which oddly doesn't get much mention in other reviews, is the lid design. It's adjustable, just like your standard talc powder bottle, and squeezing out the powder is a breeze – smooth as silk. However, the oversized lid and plasticky feel did leave a bit to be desired in terms of quality.On to the scent – it's definitely a hit or miss. While no one else seemed to describe it this way in the reviews, to me, it has a floral, soapy aroma reminiscent of a bar of fancy soap. Personally, I didn't mind it, but I can definitely see how it might be too much for some, especially for delicate baby skin.Speaking of babies, as much as I'd love to give this a thumbs-up for being talc-free, I have reservations about using it on infants. The strong perfume might not sit well with their sensitive skin, and the texture could be a bit harsh.
