Applied it to dry hair and left it on my hair for 2 hours. Rinsed with water only. Next day I have mixed 75% indigo + 25% henna and mixed it with warm water. Let it set for 8 hours. Applied all over hair and waited just 1 hour. Washed out with water. No stains on my skin and the result is lovely, slightly ashy and very shiny!
