great quality and easy to use
I’ve tried a few gadgets like this one and this has to be my favourite, easy to use unlike other products i’ve tried love it! also didn’t realise came with a work out plan makes it even easier to keep on track and see results. super happy!

following the workout plan included and can certainly feel the effects with the first set. build quality is solid and they come in nice compact case to keep clean in your bag.

Soft on teeth, tough on Jaw muscle, Jaw Exerciser
The media could not be loaded. I don't know if I have the average size mouth but these things fit like a glove as soon as I popped them in.The material without being too soft seems sturdy enough to put up with a few months of abuse being used daily.I'm loving the overall resistance of the first 40lb resistance set. I can't comment on the other two sets yet.After only the first few uses I knew it was doing some good, my jaw felt achey but in an exercised type of way. Just like after a good session at the gym but for your jaw.After washing these I cannot see any teeth marks and assume they will stay that way. So overall very pleased with this product so far and I hope it keeps delivering.There's also a handy little training pamphlet that takes you through a daily regime in case you need the reassurance of a guide.I thought I would have to go through a few pairs of these until I found one that suited me. Fortunately I can stop at this set.

Really good quality product ... excellent instructions, giving gradual progression without jumping straight in and giving yourself an injury. Just started on the adaption phase (blue 40-lb) so will progress through the weekly steps until I am comfortable using the highest weight. What a great purchase.

Hard as a rock, unable to use them
Cannot tell which one is the beginner gummy, they are all hard as a rock, I’m genuinely afraid to break a tooth.However if you’re a sabretooth tiger I’d suggest buying them, just so you can munch on something else whenever you’re not chewing bones.
