Faulty - Update
Mine had a trigger/electrical fault. Squeeze the trigger and sometimes it would work and sometimes it would do nothing (it seemed like a fine tool when working).I was going to return the product but whilst trying to leadmate the chimney it stopped working again. I laid it on the roof in frustration and it slid down and crashed to the floor. It's now smashed and discarded. Not all was lost though I now have another 2 batteries that fit my Makita tools.UPDATE:The supplier replaced the original without me asking for it. Absolutely brilliant customer service.I've tested the replacement and it's working fine. Good piece of kit! Very happy now.

Took 3 cartridges and died.
Worked continuously for about 10-15minutes, i have managed to use 3no tubes of silicon, then it just stuck solid and i was unable to move pin even manually. Refunded. If you are thinking to use it with anything else then decorators caulk, i would not advice.

It works great!
I had two projects to complete so bought this to help speed up the process. This caulking gun was a tremendous help. I love the multiple speeds and the bright light. It was easy to use and worth ever penny spent.
