This thing is amazing! I was hesitant because you never know if it will be a waste of money but this is by far the best self care purchase I have ever made. I turn it on before my shower and it is warm by the end. I take showers on the longer side, 20-30 minutes, my husband takes short showers, 8 minutes, and said it wasn’t as warm for him when he tried it. I personally think the temperature of the towel is perfect and it stays that temperature the perfect length of time for me. There is a faint smell, but it doesn’t bother me, it reminds me of any other place that offers a warm towel.

I got this for my husband for Christmas and he uses it every day. He loves to use a cold plunge in the morning and so puts his robe in this 30 min before to help warm up. Great product, love the small footprint and clean look.

My towel warmer died and I crushed! I’d had it for years from bed, bath, and beyond which is a joke now. I was grateful I found this. It works great, excellent price. My only wish is that it was a bit taller. One bath towel is really all it holds if you want the whole towel to get warm! I can add my two small hair towels and they get warm too. Thank you!!!!!

I have a n outdoor hot tub and I live in New England. I use a calf length, hooded terry robe to get from the house to and from the spa. During my time in the tub, the robe gets cold so the transfer isn't always pleasant. I bought this item so that my robe will be warm while exiting my session. Delightful! What a difference to know that I will be embraced by a toasty warm robe for my dash to the door. I have only used it a couple of times but I put it on a half hour before my session and when I emerge the robe is wonderfully warm.

What is not explained very well - the device heats to about 150 deg F (infrared thermometer) when first turned on and when the HOT SURFACE light is on, but the drops to about 110 deg F after the first "heating time ends". This will result in a warm towel, not a nice hot towel if you wait an hour after turning on with the timer set to 1/2/4 hours..The instructions that come with the unit make this clear - "When the Towel Warmer is powered on, it will automatically to heating for 25 minutes and default then heat preservation for 30 minutes."I know this has been translated - but what I suggest it should say is that it heats for 25 minutes and then seems to drop the temp (heating) till the timer runs out. My suggestion - if you want hot towels and have turned the unit on for more than 30 minutes and the Hot Surface light is off, turn Off then back On before getting in the shower - to have nice hot towels.
