Responsive Customer Service on hard to find item
I've purchased this a few times -- it's hard to find 3/4" female NPT 4" round outlet plates (most are 1/2" NPT). They are solid, well built and exactly what I looked for. Unfortunately, one of the times a 1/2" plate was sent instead of a 3/4". I contacted the seller and they immediately dealt with the issue (refund) and are looking into how the wrong item was sent (easy, I'm guessing, since 3/4" and 1/2" look nearly identical to an untrained eye).I will be purchasing from this seller in the future.

Works as expected
Saved me a trip to the big box store and price was about the same. Using it for a junction box for several LED light panels on a Tripod-pod stand. Includes all the usual plugs and adaptors for the threaded holes.
