Check valve worked great

I needed a 3/4 inch check valve but ordered this 1.5 inch size by mistake. It’s a good valve so I decided to use it with a couple of reducers.I’m using it on a jet pump outlet that is boosting water pressure for an irrigation system. It has virtually no forward restriction and seals tight.No complaints.

I've been wanting to make a ram pump for a while and when this item came up on Vine it was a no-brainer. Everybody is amazed that I can pump water uphill with no electricity. Of course I had to pull the spring out to make it work for what I am using it for.

Not sure what else to say other than it failed at 60 psi. Using it to prevent my hose water from back flowing into my rain barrel. Failed at 60 psi of static pressure.
