Return of the glory days
I first purchased this book when it came out in 1972 and it traveled with me until the mid nineties when I lost it in a move. On a whim I looked it up on Amazon and lo and behold there it was !The book arrived fast and as described . In fact it is in better condition then the one I originally owned. Many thanks to seller who provided a must have book about the Stones at their apex and in great condition. The picture on the back page of Keith at the door of Nellcote says it all.

Rolling Stones Revisited
I used to own a copy of this book until I lent it to a friend (Ex Friend). The good news is, this copy is in better condition than the one I lost. In fact it's in better condition than I expected. I love this book, it's one that you can pick up and read for 15 mins. or so and put it down and come back to it later. Full of anecdotes, short stories and pictures I've never seen anywhere else about one of my favourite bands, who could want for more. Recommended to Stones fans and Popular music fans alike but surely a must for Stones fans. I wonder if there is a "Second Twenty Years" available.

Great to have this old book in hardcover

A reprint of an earlier publication
The pictures lack any real resolution. It's a reprint of an earlier Rolling Stones compilation of RS interviews & fine pictures spanning the Stones' 1st decade. This book lacks the interviews and many of the awesome pics. It's an ok substitute but if you can score the real thing (good luck!), you'd be better off. Long out of print the original is.
