Its designed to suck the air out of the vehicle it is placed on and spins (sucks) on the slightest bit of wind. It depends where you would use it, but very few things are completely air tight

I have a vw caddy maxi - is this product suitable for that van (it does say not suitable for small vans - does the maxi qualify as small?)

Would this be suitable on a fiat doblo short wheelbase? it has a ribbed roof.

although a bit large for my astra van it does the job can get noisy on the motorway traveling at speed should be fine for your vehicle mine came with a fitting for a ribbed roof but i had mine fitted over an existing hole so wasn't required

Is this suitable for a Citroen Dispatch please?

just a bit to big for my Astra Van its ok a and does the job don't steam up so much inside the van i have seen smaller versions on other small vans for your size vehicle should be perfect
