As prices go, this was a good deal.

I started taking Coenzyme Q10 a few months back, and it gave me a slight energy boost and noticeable boost in my sense of well-being. I really wasn't expecting much, so this was a pleasant surprise. As we all know, CoQ10 can be ridiculously expensive. I was going to buy the brand that I had previously used, which is Nature's Key. When I was ready to buy them again, they weren't available here on Amazon. I looked around and settled on this Force Factor CoQ10. I've used other Force Factor supplements before and liked them. Unfortunately, I feel like this Force Factor CoQ10 isn't quite as effective as the Nature's Key. The Nature's Key were softgels. These are capsules. I don't know if that makes a difference. I do tend to think that certain supplements are better in softgel form. I've certainly found this to be the case with Vitamin D supplement. Maybe CoQ10 is on of those supplements. I'll continue to take these, of course, and monitor how I feel. Maybe they'll kick in at some point. If not, I'm going back to CoQ10 softgels.

I've had a couple of other different C0Qu10 brands; and these are the smallest pill-forms I've had. They're easy to swallow and seem to be doing their job well.
