perfect for my picky kitten!!!
i dont know what yall are putting in this but my kitten is OBSESSED. i wish the pack came in a bigger size though. the packets are super easy to pop open and throw on top of their food. seems good quality and it must taste DELICIOUS because she devours it every time. really helpful too because she is picky and it helps with weight gain. absolutely worth the buy.

'Thrive' indeed!
Amazing stuff, helped my bottle foundling gain, then keep, weight and muscle as he struggled through weaning. Also doubled as a high-value treat while we practiced Terrible Awful No Good Torments (nail trims, brushing, carrier trips). The packets traveled well and made offering consistent amounts easy in a variety of scenarios - at the vet, wrangling paws, 3AM supplementals, sink baths... I think he'd fight God outside a Waffle House to eat these. Obligatory kitten photos - he went from 9 ounces at 4.5 weeks to 9 (dense) pounds at six months. These weren't the only tool to get him here, but they *really* helped.

Finally eating a little
We have a 5wk old foster kitten who is energetic but totally uninterested in eating on his own. This has been the only thing he was interested in enough to take a handful of bites at a time of. As soon as we get it near him he gets excited and actually starts taking bites. The consistency would also help if he was a "meat suckler" since it's a consistent thin mousse, he actually chews so we don't have that issue with this young weaning kitten. We are still having to syringe him gruel and still regularly checking back with the shelter vets to make sure nothing else is going on. I bring this up since as the packaging explains this is a high calorie high palatability supplement but not a meal replacement. It does have meat to help them transition back to actual food, but as the packaging explains, a kitten like ours will need additional help eating (& possiblevet care), even while he uses this product to help him start feeding himself. This is still the only thing he's shown interest in eating and actually ate!!! The small squeezable packaging is perfect for helping a little one start eating again because it allows us to bring it to where he feels the most secure (either next to his stuffed animal cat in his den or bundled up on our chest). Plus as they start on their own they can't eat much at once so these smaller convient pouches help reduce waste or the need to store leftovers in the fridge, which is a big deal since cold reduces smell & palatability. Prior to being told about this product we had literally tried a whole host of wet, dry, wetted dry kitten foods, baby food chicken, and plain boiled chicken. Even after the vet gave him appetite stimulants, this packet was the only thing he was willing to actually eat. So in conclusion if you have an anorexic kitten this is definitely a product you should have on hand to help with their recovery (as well as good vet care).

Invaluable for underweight kitten
25 calories in a tiny amount of irresistible food! Tiki Cat’s Baby Thrive has literally been a life saver for my tiny malnourished kitten born with a congenital birth defect. My Trixie was born with a ligament wrapped tightly around her eaophagus, meaning she could only swallow liquid food until she gained enough weight for a surgical correction. Trixie would often tire of her liquid food that came in only one flavor. She never turned down a packet of Baby Thrive. While she also liked Churu treats, they only have six calories. Baby Thrive gave us so much more ‘bang for the buck’ so-to-speak’. Trixie’s mother was very sick when her kittens were nursing so all three seemed healthy underweight. Even though her two sibs could eat normally, they begged for packets as well. So, all three kittens enjoyed this daily treat. The three are now 11 months old and doing well but, I still continue to buy Baby Thrive for them because they are still in the small side and, I believe this gives them a great boost of nutrition and will get Trixie eating when nothing else will!

Life saving!
I got these for my 3 (almost 4) month old furbaby after her spay when she wasn’t eating. I had tried almost everything and she was losing weight fast - I was desperate for anything to stick. She wasn’t taking to her pate after intubation because her throat was sore. Pate would make her cough so hard to the point of gagging so she had an aversion to it. I tried different complete wet foods/textures for kittens but she would only have a couple licks and walk away, rather weakly. Calories/nutrition were necessary in small amounts so these gave me hope (if she ate it). Let me tell you, these were a life saver! This was one of the only things she would reliably eat, even more than churu. The smooth texture was perfect for her (she did still cough a little but everything made the poor baby cough during her healing) and the portion was great because she didn’t want too much during that time because of her throat. The smell isn’t as potent as her food (still not the greatest for humans) but she seems to like it. Luckily it doesn’t last long on her plate so I don’t have any issues with its scent. During the week I needed to get her as much food as possible, I was feeding this 3-4 times a day along with other options (she preferred kibble). Within that week she started plumping up beautifully (back to normal) and looked forward to her servings. This didn’t give her any issues with defecating even though it was a big part of her diet and new, for that matter. Now that she’s eating normally, I do still like to give her 1 a day just in case she’s lacking any calories since she’s still just a baby - these are a great addition/treat for her now and I can switch between these and churu (she’s now back to loving those too). She did prefer it on my finger for a bit but now has no problem with a dish. It is rather oily when using finger but the baby gets what she wants! Not sure I can rate the value for money because her health is invaluable. It’s way cheaper than constant vet visits (which I had) for not eating so I will continue to purchase this until she’s over it because it brought her back from a really hard time. She doesn’t need as many now, but for once in a while it doesn’t seem too bad. I spent a lot of money and have a lot of food that she (still) wont eat so that hits harder on my wallet than these. Would recommend to try if you have a baby that is having any problem eating!

Baby Thrive is Great for My Elderly Cat
My 13 year old cat loves these Tiki Cat Baby Thrive packets. She is a picky eater and does not always eat the cat food I feed her. I give her a Baby Thrive packet in between her regular meals or at night. She always eats the entire contents of the packet. She very much enjoys them and they seem to be helping her maintain a healthy weight.

Cats enjoyed these
House of 9 cats here. We are an unofficial sanctuary. One of my babies, a 1 1/2 year old, caught a virus recently. I couldn't get him to eat and he was running a fever, so we rushed him to the ER. After a 2 nights stay, his fever finally broke, under 104*. However, even with the meds that they were giving him, he still wouldn't eat... We brought him home...where he continued not to eat. They even gave me something to increase his appetite (and nausea meds), but still NOTHING! I ordered these as an alternative to Churru's (those treats in a tube). Just like those, these are not meant as an alternative to food, but getting sustenance in him was the goal. He loved them! I almost cried when he finally ate something. Between these and Churru's, he finally got his appetite back and moved onto can food. *Side note, I'm keeping these on hand now. I bottle fed him and his 2 sisters plus the kitten I have now. Since these are a supplemental feeding for weaning kittens, they'll be a great option for a fast and easy treat next time (hopefully there won't be a next time, please spay/neuter you cats!!) Packaging: they are small packages that come in a bag! Each pouch empties easily on a plate, I honestly prefer this style since you can make sure you get everything. Food consistency: it's like a very fine pate, after you blended the s*** out of it. It's like a creamy paste. Cat reaction: even the picky eaters like this! When I give one to the kitten, the others will try to steal, even after everyone was full on wet food. I got the chicken, so the smell was fine. It was enough to allow the sick kitty (picture) to be able to smell it (cats have to smell food and it has to be appetizing for them to want to eat it).

Great for transitioning to wet food
I use these for my foster kittens when I transition them to wet food. It’s a great balance since sometimes they can’t handle even the finest minced meat at first. This is even finer blended than the Tiki mousse so it is a step in between formula and the mousse. It comes in smaller sizes than the mousse too which is nice for tiny kittens stomach capacity. It is higher calorie which helps with the kittens who are struggling to gain weight from any source. This will be part of my foster kittens setup.
