Bottles half empty
Just received the set shampoo and conditioner. I saw mostly goo reviews but a couple of them said that they were half empty when they received the package, so I decided to check. They were in fact half empty... I'm still going to use it cause I need it, but for the price I've paid I already know the product is not worth it. Never gonna buy it again, this is a scam. IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT, CHECK IF THEY'RE HALF EMPTY WHEN IT ARRIVES (use a torch if you don't want to break the bottle's cap)

Used this product in a hotel in Sweden. It made my hair soft and manageable and it smelt wonderful. This is why I’ve bought it.

Half full bottles
Bottles arrived in nice packaging took them out to find the bottles only half full. Not at all value for money which is a shame as the product itself was good on my hair

Dieses Rituals Shampoo ist wirklich ein luxuriöses Erlebnis für die Haare! Der Duft ist himmlisch und hält auch nach dem Waschen noch angenehm an. Meine Haare fühlen sich danach wunderbar weich, geschmeidig und gepflegt an. Es schäumt gut und lässt sich leicht ausspülen. Ich bin wirklich begeistert von der Wirkung und der Qualität. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der Preis – für ein Shampoo ist es schon ziemlich teuer. Trotzdem überwiegen für mich die positiven Eigenschaften, weshalb ich gerne 5 Sterne vergebe, auch wenn mein Geldbeutel etwas darunter leidet.

El producto perfecto, la entrega, nefasta. En repartidor se negó a subir el paquete y se lo dio al portero. Me dijo que bajara ayo a por él y estaba en pijama.

Ho provato solo il balsamo perché c’è stato un errore nel mio ordine, al posto di uno shampoo e un balsamo sono stati consegnati due balsami. Sono stati gentilissimi dal servizio clienti, mi avrebbero rimandato il prodotto senza problemi solo che non era più disponibile, apprezzo comunque. Il prodotto in sé mi sembra molto valido lascia i capelli morbidi e non pesanti il balsamo soprattutto per me che ho un capello fino è ottimo, ha una profumazione buonissima che non mi aspettavo, una vera coccola 🥰.
