Beautiful and Fast Groing
I had never tried watercress before and on a whim, bought some seeds here to try in our little AeroGarden. Sprouted so fast and has grown out of control (like basil tends to do). I pinch off leaves for salads and soups or just to eat straight up. I love the slight bitter punch, somewhat like arugula. Also, it's just a beautiful plant to look at and I love that this is thriving in our dining room without much effort.

Sprouts aplenty
These are growing beautifully. I've done a couple batches of sprouts and another set that I'm cultivating properly (using a seed sprouting tray with paper towel liners and soilless substrate). There's a good number of them, too!
