These things work really well (for me anyway) when it's in my hand I don't feel the need to pick up my phone whilst watching TV, when in bed etc. Has a few different settings and different strengths.

I gave this as a gift but, I was told it did not work for the person. It might work for everyone else, however.

I'm not sure what I expected, but a series of electric shocks wasn't close & it didn't help me relax in the slightest, so I'm going to have to stick to medication. 😕 Also, the strap is uncomfortable & the object itself isn't nice to hold... it's too chunky & big & with the electric shocks it made my hand ache after not very long. 😬

Used for sleep and to stay calm at school very good

Naturally I was sceptical but ….. it’s brilliant ! Helped my step daughter with ADHD relax easier and helps her fall asleep so much faster and thanks to this she is doing better in school and not feeling so tired

Arrived on time and well packaged. Easy to follow instructions and quick charge for use with USB charging cable included. Brilliant gadget that really does help calm ADH symptoms, sleep/insomnia issues and anxiety. Highly recommend and not expensive like similar products on the market.

I used this product every day. I was hopeful but it made no difference. It is also a bit hit and miss how it works in your palm. One minute it’s a comfortable pulsation and next it can be painful and feels like it’s causing residual nerve pain to fingers and finger tips were they are uncomfortably tingling/twitching. It’s also uncomfortable to have to close your palm so long tight enough to feel it even with pressing the + button to the highest strength. I was so hopeful but I’ve been left disappointed

This is a great little device for anxiety, this really helps me unwind in the evening and I like the feel of it in my hand. You can play around with the control buttons for how high and low you want the sensation to be and it’s small enough to put in my bag if I need it during the day as well. I know it’s difficult to know which anxiety products really work but from someone who has a long history with anxiety, depression and sleeping problems I can certainly recommend this. Amazon’s price also cheaper than the products own website which is good.

Terrible. Gives electric shocks. Very disappointed. Return window now closed as didn't get round to it. Might as well have thrown the money on the fire.
