I have had this 4 months and my cat LOVES this. He will ONLY drink running water and this is perfect. We use it on the motion mode and it comes one flawlessly whenever he or anyone walks in front of it. It is so so quiet! We would never know it is on except we hear him licking the water from the flower, which is the method he likes best even though I picked this one because I thought he would like the one that looks like a little water spout since he loves drinking directly from faucets in the bathroom. Very happy with this purchase!

Our kitten was a little shy of the moving water at first but now she loves it. It’s easy to clean and keeps a charge for 1-2 weeks. We’re very happy with it and highly recommend it!

I really wanted to like this product. It set up easy and was quiet enough. My kittens got used to it and were drinking from it regularly. All the sudden it just stopped working. It would still charge and power on, but the sensor wouldn’t work and it refused to spout water, even after a thorough cleaning. Of course this was just two days past the return date. Amazon had me contact Hanitech, the seller, as it does have a 60 day warranty, but they refused to replace. After contacting amazon again, they agreed to issue me a refund, but what a pain to have to get this sent back to them. Just DON’T BUY this, especially from this seller. Spend your money elsewhere.

I love this pet fountain because it's wireless. We don't have many outlets where we're need them so this has been great for that reason. The charge lasts a long time even with any little motion setting it off. Our cats are 15 yrs and 5 months and drink so much more water since having this.What seems to periodically happen is, it's overflowing. The water level is nowhere near the Max line. Due to the location of the carbon filter, where the return spout is, I think it's blocking the flow of water causing it to spill over. Perhaps the flow of water keeps pushing it forward, blocking the spout? We have it set up with the tall cuplike attachment. I've only had this about a month and it's overflowed 4 times. I had to put a big tray underneath since we would see the spillage until it was really big.This mormg, the tray was completely full. I only realized it because the pump was sputtering like it was empty. We it was 3/4 empty and all in the try. I removed the carbon filter to remedy the situation. I could also try a different attachment to reduce the flow.Took away 1 star because that's a pretty big problem to have to deal with.

I love this product more then I thought I would, its good in so many ways. If electric goes out your pet still has flowing water, and its very quiet..

My cats seem to love this fountain. They both played with it at first and continuously ripped the the thing apart. I let them get it out of their system and they warmed up to it and I CONSTANTLY see them drinking. I have to keep it on the motion option because they love drinking from the flower as the water comes out and tend not to drink if the flower isn’t shooting out water. If this is your first time using one I would keep minimal water in it and keep the filter out until your cats get used to it. I came home from work and was terrified thinking my cat ate the filter but luckily they just played with it. The charge seems to hold about a week but that’s on the motion sensor that is gonna use a lot more battery but I like that it’s wireless because my kitchen does not have easily accessible outlets to place one of these. It seems to charge pretty quick and I just do it while the cats are napping so I can pick it up and they won’t be worried it’s missing. Overall it’s a good investment. My male cat has constant bladder blockages and it’s hard to get him to drink more water but this has definitely helped with his water intake so I’m hoping it will help prevent future blockages. And for anyone wondering the ages they are 2 and 7 so whether young or older, they both enjoy it

I love this cat water fountain. No need to put it where you have access to a outlet. Can be put anywhere your cat wants it!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this water fountain because I was tired of having to find someplace to plug-in so my cat could have somewhere to drink so I would plug it in behind some type of decoration or something or in December I put it behind the tree and it wasn’t as accessible for my cat as this one because I could put it anywhere, and it will be very accessible. At first my cat was curious about what it was but then she got used to it. I put it on the shedding so where you walk past the water fountain it’ll turn on its motion sensor which I love about it so I can save the battery. And it tells you when you’re low on water and when you need to charge it. That is a video when I first said it up and she was very curious about it but now like a week later, she’s drinking out of it all the time and she loves it.
