Not worth the money, poor construction.
Both sides of the top cord used to attach it to the vehicle came apart from the net when I tried to install it. They only used 2 stitches with lightweight threads to attach it and when it was stretched, the threads snapped. Now the net just says and moves from side to side and does not provide coverage.

Handy item I put it about a foot into the truck bed it keels everything from flying forward

Installation is simple and straight forward.
Make sure to measure your space carefully. This will hold a speaker box with 2x10" subs, strong construction. Great for basic segregation of your trunk space.
