I purchased this item and within a day the clips had snapped that attaches to the wall. I sent it straight back with the guarantee of a full refund. The item cost £9.99. I paid an additional £2.67 to return and have only received £6.63 in refund. Messaged the seller numerous of times to what only seems like an automated response.
