Great product and gave my old kitchen a cosmetic update!
I never write reviews but this product deserves one. I have always wanted a backsplash in my outdated kitchen but didn’t feel that the tiny space warranted a lot of money if we weren’t going to update the whole kitchen. Peel and stick tile to the rescue! I bought a pack of these just to try after reading a review on Buzzfeed. I figured if it didn’t work out that I could always remove them and no harm done or tons of money wasted. The tile applied easily and looked amazing right away. I have painted drywall walls and the tile did pull a few pieces of paint off when I needed to reposition a few sections but I don’t think that’d be an issue in a more modern kitchen with better walls. I didn’t mind because the tile covered it right up. It looks so good that I really doubt I’ll ever remove it. You do need a cutting mat, box cutter or Xacto blade (I’d recommend a box cutter but I did use both), and a t-square or metal ruler to cut against. Scissors will not do the job well. A measuring tape would be good too especially of you have outlets to get around. I ended up using two packs of ten sheets for my kitchen and then a sheet or two (cut into strips) from a third to add just one row of tile at the top. My sister loved the look so much that she asked me to cover up the horrible tile in one section of her kitchen. The peel and stick tile adheres to tile extremely well and I did ruin one piece pulling it off to reposition. So make sure when you put it on the wall, it’s really where you want it to be. It didn’t take me much time to do either space, maybe an hour of work for each, but I highly recommend taking your time and using the right tools to get it done properly. You’ll love it. Before and after pics of both kitchens included!

Great for Rental Homes - Easy to Apply and Remove
The LongKing Subway Tile Kitchen Backsplash Peel and Stick Tiles worked great at dressing up our otherwise bland looking kitchen wall. Because we don’t own the home we’re in, we wanted to dress up our walls without damaging them. The peel and stick tiles are essentially large textured stickers. Up close, it’s evident that the tiles are not real simply based on the slight shine of the grey grout. The tiles themselves are slightly textured and are harder to determine if they’re fake or not - I was pleasantly surprised to see that they didn’t look too flat or overly fake - they do rise up slightly as opposed to the grey grout and have a light shine to them. The stickers cut easily so you can customize them as you need, and as per the recommendation of another reviewer, I cut off the “overlap here” area so nothing can be seen through. To cut, definitely use a metal straight edge, a sharp Exacto knife, and a self healing cutting mat - it will make your life much easier. Also, when applying the sticker around electrical outlets, simply remove the wall plate, put the sticker over the outlet, then use your Exacto knife to cut around the outlet opening - the outlet plate can go right on top of the tiling afterwards and no cut edges will be seen. Because we put our sticker on a white wall, there was no noticeable bleed through. Putting up the tiling took two afternoons as we had to order more tiles, and the end result was fantastic - the tiling looks so much better than the plain white wall. The stickers stay firmly in place without peeling up, and they are easy to wipe down when oil or food slashes up on them. As noted before, it’s nice because we can also remove the tiles down the line without damaging the wall. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick and budget friendly means of dressing up your walls a bit, this is a good option to consider.

Looks great, but not long lasting
This was mostly easy to install and looked so real when we first put them up in our kitchen. It's now 3 years later and the tiles have yellowed considerably. While this was great for a short rental, I don't know if they would hold for longer term.

GREAT
I did not buy these for a backsplash but for a countertop. I needed a cabinet in my laundry room for supplies and for folding smaller laundry. So I bought a kitchen cabinet that fit the area but because they come with no top, I had to find something. After pricing butcher block (OMG!) I thought about tiling the top but I just didn't want the hassle of it all so I checked out peel & stick sheets. I bought a luone wood piece, had it cut to size, attached it to the cabinet, and went to town. It took me a few tries but I finally got the hang of it. You can pull it off reposition it and then put it back on but don't press it down hard until you are sure and after the second try, it just won't adhere as well. At first, I aligned the two sheets before I realized I need to overlap them. But in the end, I love the look. The tiles are soft and the gray grout looks great. I really glad I bought them.

White tile turned an ugly yellow over time
Bought in 2019. Installation was fine, adhesion was good and it looked great when new.Fast forward a few years and the nice white (which matched our white cabinets) has turned a pretty obvious and ugly shade of yellow. Now we are faced with taking it down and replacing with something else, but looking at other photos it's likely going to tear the paint/sheetrock behind it in doing so.For those of you that quickly browse the one stars to get an idea of potential issues, take note of how many people are complaining about the yellowing... it's a serious issue!

Looks nice but...some stick, some don't, some definitely not " removable "
I wanted to do a quick refresh on my 17 yr old kitchen we aren't quite ready to fully redo. I got these tiles as a temporary look until I can replace my counter and tile for real. The size of the tiles are smaller than the real tiles I'd use. But they do look nice and it was pretty easy to install. Seams hide well. They did in some areas start falling off the walls and I'm contantly just smoothing them back down. They did not hold up near the stove, which I expected. However when I pulled them off to use a different solution they were not easily removable. This could be a problem if you did want a temporary solution for a rented space.

Easy to Install
This was very easy to install. They are more difficult to cut, but thats actually an advantage because it just tells you that it is a strong product. It has been up and on my wall for a month now and had not pealed. And it also looks great.

Excelente producto y calidad
Muy buena relación calidad precio en definitiva volvería a comprarlo, es fácil de instalar. Un punto importante a considerar si planeas jamás quitarlo podrías aplicar un poco de pegamento no más clavos, para una mejor adherencia

Why pay thousands when you can pay $150
Highly recommend. We were on a tight budget for a kitchen Reno so thought we’d give these a try. It gives a very clean look and was easy to install! Peels off a little if you have a toaster oven close because of the heat, but re-sticks well. We’ve had it up for 4 months so far with no issues.
