Read review before buying *by S***I on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2018* Maybe this mask isn't for me but wanted to share my review with those first time sleep mask users. First, the adjustable strap is extremely uncomfortable. The velcro connector sits right on the back of your skull and for me triggered an instant headache when my head hit the pillow. I tried loosening the strap but that only causes the mask to slip around all night long, eventually sliding off all together.Second, the mask let's light in between the nose outlet on mask. The only way to eliminate the light is if you tighten the strap but again, tightening the strap only makes wearing the mask that more uncomfortable.Third, and back to mask strap discomfort, the straps rub up against the tiny crease between your ear and head. Regardless of how tight or loose, that strap will rub all night long.If there was a way to wear this mask without the strap that would be great. The mask itself is actually cool and sits nice over your face and eyes, but that darn strap is the problem with this product.Sorry and good luck to those who try it out.
