This book was recommend to me by my teacher it really does live up to its expectations as it explains the techniques and science behind the food that we explore. This revision guide is actually packed full of facts and information, I bought it for my daughter who teaches pupils with special educational needs, but had a quick look through myself. Fascinating stuff, and this literally crams everything in - but I had to drop a star as it's almost too chock full, so each page can be a little overwhelming, particularly for students who struggle with dyslexia or general comprehension. Otherwise, it's excellent and good value too.
