WINMAU Michael van Gerwen MvG Sets available with Dartboards, Cabinets, Surrounds, Darts and Accessories

We both used to play Darts many years ago but haven't for such a long time, we ordered this set and to be honest I wasn't expecting a particularly high quality product with it only being £50.I must say I was very pleasantly surprised, the dart board is bristle and of very good solid quality, also the wiring is very nice and neat, the board comes already mounted in the cabinet and the height measurement is just 150cm to the bottom of the cabinet, very easy indeed, I didn't use the supplied mountings as I was mounting it to a stud wall so I bought some hollow wall anchors to make sure it was rock solid.The set comes supplied with two sets of darts and again I must say they are of decent quality and are 18g if you're interested in the weight, it came with loads of spare stems and flights, so much so I was able to make up 4 sets of darts with 2 spare sets of barrels I had (see photo) with still a load of spares left over.From a personal point of view I didn't like the LOUD logo on the front of the cabinet and it didn't really suit the white furniture and desk in the spare room so I took the doors off and vinyl wrapped them in white, now it fits in well and looks more discreet. (Yes I've adjusted the door gap since the photo, haha)The set also comes with a floor marker for the Oche and a set of destructions ;) and measurements for fitting the cabinet to the wall.Overall this is a really complete set that we're very impressed with, a surprise to get something decent quality for decent money these days.

Bought this as a gift for my mother who played a lot of darts for teams pre-retirement.The board is Winmau and contrary to some of the reviews is being used daily and not showing any real signs of wear. It's even had 4 grandchildren aged between 13 and 18 pelting darts at it for hours at a time.The cabinet is very sturdy and well made , heavy as well, so used substantial screws and fixing to attach it to the wall.Blackboard sections good quality and the amount of chalk that came with it is ideal for a starter kit.The darts, stems and flights are great quality, a little under weight for me as I like a heavier dart but there's no knocking the amount of spare stems and flights you recieve. The points of the darts are very fine and sharp and have no issues sticking/staying in the board.Overall I heartily recommend this set to anyone, well worth the money, great quality items well packaged.5* product.

This was a birthday gift for my mother, as she loves darts. Funny enough, I now use it more than her!

The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because of the board quality, the wires are pretty big so you get a fair few bounce outs. The board is also screwed into the main unit not on a bracket on the inside so when you need to rotate or change the board you need to take the whole thing off the wall rather than just popping the board out.Other than that, this is a great bundle and a really good price considering all you get; a cabinet, board, 2 sets of darts and replacement stems/flights.

I liked the colours of this dartboard but i'm not a big fan of MVG so i backed out his name and initials printed on the board and it looks great. The wires are very thin so theres less bounce out and the sound when the darts are thrown in the board is very satisfying. Of course being Winmau it is top quality and of regulation size. It may be a little more expensive than a regular board but the colour scheme and diamond wires make it worth it in my opinion.

Son into darts, Christmas was overjoyed. this set is great quality for the money. If you like the colour scheme you can't go wrong for £55. The darts are nicely weighted. Spare flights, shafts and even chalk and a little card that tells you all the 3 dart finishes. Perfect. The dartboard is proper bristle and to be fair, the screen printed numbers are an improvement as there's less chance of bouncing out.
