Some people complain that it doesn't do higher resolution. You can only have the resolution that the Qii will do.

This cord works perfectly to connect WII to newer TVs using HDMI instead of the yellow, red, and white cord. Great picture and sound quality and overall value for your money. Perfect fit!

Where's perfect plug and Play no dislike

It works. Allowing you to plug your Wii into an HDMI port. Don't expect miracles. A lot of the advertising of this product is inaccurate. It does not support all resolutions available to the Wii, however doesn't require an external power source. Overall I'm okay with it the product fits for my application.

I needed to update and old Wii console to work with an HDTV. Works great.

I forgot to return this. Is doesn't do anything. You can buy a block of cheese and plug it in and it would act the same but you would be happier because you could at least eat the cheese after it didn't work

I recently purchased the HDMI adapter for a Nintendo Wii that we bought for our 6-year-old, and I'm extremely pleased with the results! The adapter was easy to set up, and makes the connection of this 15+ year old console seamless. It is still projecting the Wii game at a lower-definition (since it is 2009 technology), but make the amount of adapters not needed to connect the two together much easier. The picture is great and haven't had any issues in the 3+ months we have been using it. Games look vibrant, making the gaming experience much more enjoyable on a big screen. I also appreciate the build quality of the adapter; it feels sturdy and well-made.
