The product was delivered quickly - you have to transfer the chip from your authentic cartridge - which is fine - BUT - the cartridge only lasted for approximately 100 A4 sheets of print. So a costly and not to be repeated experiment - and on this basis it works out as 3 times as expensive as the normal full-price cartridge.

Usually my employer provides by toner, but when you don't request they don't send. and when you almost out, you're in big trouble. This product has been a life savers for me. At only a fraction of the price to the branded toner I haven't suffered the big loss in my pocket. The instructions for the chip replacement are easy and simple to understand, the device provided is a shear work of art and faultless. The delivery through amozon prime was also very quick. This has saved me from a big fat slap on the wrist :D

I've been ordering these for over a year now, no issues at all, price was almost cheap as chips, unfortunately the last two orders I've had have been poor, print outs have been a mess, the right hand side of the paper has been spoilt with a thick black line top to bottom, this has happened on all 8 toners, switch them back to whoever was supplying the first ones and I'll order again

I used to buy these all the to.e and they worked fine. The last two orders look to be different, they have come I different packaging and the seals are different. Ever since the change I have struggled with this product, the ink doesn't seem to last as long , I struggle to get it to work in my printer. They cause more headaches than the few pound you save. Will not be buying this rubbish again. Absolute crap!! Stay away

Printed a few pages OK then very patchy-even worse than the toner I was replacing. Returned for a refund. Would not recommend 🙁
