I really like this eye mask. I have trouble with dry eyes and my eye doctor told me to put heat on my eyes so I ordered this eye mask. It's a nice mask and my eyes feel better everytime I used it. The band is comfortable on your head. It's light and not too tight. It would be nice if the part that goes over your nose was cut out just a little bit higher, but it's not bad the way it is. I guess they have to make it that way for the stuff inside of it to fit. It heats up good . I read some reviews where some people said that they put a sheet of tissue on their eyes under the mask. I've tried it both ways and I like putting the tissue on my eyes under the mask too. It seems like it holds a little moisture in your eyes. I recommend this mask.

Have only been using this about a week. So far works well. Very convenient to just plug it in and turn it on. Cord is long enough for most situations. Heats reasonably quickly and provides even heat source to help alleviate dry eye. Also, like that the cover is removable and washable. Waiting to see how long it lasts.

I recently purchased to replace another heated Eye mask that only lasted a yr . I like the smaller contour design so it's heating only the areas that need it for my dry eyes. I use it in the morning after applying Rx drops for dry eye.

I am a light sleeper, and I never sleep without eye masks. I have been using the gel-beads eye mask for a long time before I discovered this product. This eye mask is like a little eye spa ! It has 3 levels of heating and 7 timing options. It has a USB cable and a digital display. It provides a soothing warm effect, it’s soft and avoids dry eyes. Helps me fall asleep faster. The soft cover comes off and is machine washable.. didn’t shrink on first wash. It also has an adjustable band for proper fit. It uses high quality material that is soft, light and comfy. Helps me have a restful sleep almost instantly. I definitely recommend this product.

I think I’m gonna be returning this. The things I like about this product are that the medium heat is 113° which is the exact temperature recommended on the medical website. I’ve seen to treat Meibomian gland dysfunction. It’s small so it stores nicely in my nightstand. It’s mostly comfortable (see below). The control pad is easy to use if you’re looking at it and have it facing the right way.Things I don’t like are that the control pad buttons are so smooth that I can’t identify which side the buttons are on by touch. The printed or unnoticably etched or raised symbols for time and temperature aren’t easy for me to see unless the control pad is directly under a lamp. If I keep the device, I’ll mark the top of one of the buttons with nail polish or superglue.The more important thing I don’t like is that the mask puts more pressure than I’m comfortable with on my eyeballs. From New Jersey Eye Center’s website: “By applying extra pressure, the blood flow to the back of the eye is disrupted. This can result in nerve damage or, in the most extreme cases, loss of vision.” I’ve started experimenting with putting some t-shirt material between my eye brows and the mask, and adjusting the thickness and position of the t-shirt material to reduce or eliminate the pressure on my eyeballs as well as get the mask’s heat to them.

It seems to help my dry eye situation if I use it on medium 10 minutes straight

I am trying this for a week already. I turned it on for 60 mins almost each day on medium or 20 mins on high. It does heating job, however after a week I started to hear some noise inside the mask (like electricity sound). I'm not sure if it safe to use after this.

KOVNLO Heated Eye Mask is a very good product. I recommend it. This mask helps me with my eye lid health. This product helps me to sleep too. Be careful not to have it on too tight, as pressure on your eyes is unhealthy for the eyes. My mask wore out to some extent after only about 2 months of use. I have used mine a lot, like 2 to 4 times a day usually on the high setting. My mask died after 4 months of use.
