Great camera and excellent customer service
I own three of these cameras and I am very pleased with the quality of the pictures and videos. They are easy to set up and have many options on the menu. The cameras have taken thousands of high-quality pictures and videos since I bought them. And when I did have some technical troubles, I contacted Vikeri technical service via email and they got right back to me and quickly resolved my problems. Vikeri really stands behind their products and I'm purchasing several more of these cameras from them. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the pictures and their wonderful customer service. Five Stars!

Good Camera and Great Customer Service!
I ordered 2 game cameras last year in July. They have worked perfectly, but the photos at night are a little grainy. However, they're good enough to see all the different animals in the yard. A couple months ago, the top latch on one of the cameras broke. My husband tied a zip tie around the camera to keep it sealed, but the batteries died and we couldn't tell if it was working. Then, when we took it down to install new batteries, the strap that ties it to the tree broke. I emailed the company and explained the problems. I submitted the requested information and they are mailing me a BRAND NEW ONE! I had to send the old one back but that's a small price to pay for a new camera! This company has great customer service and I highly recommend them!

Great camera and great customer service
This camera takes clear and sharp images as well as video, both in the daytime and at night. There are many settings for both. When the LCD screen stopped working, I contacted Vikeri's customer service and their response was quick and responsive to fixing the problem. They sent a brand new camera as a replacement less than a week after my first email. I can't thank them enough, because I really do like this camera. I'm glad to be up and running again.

Trail Cam
Trail camera is exactly as advertised. It is easy to use, and a good value. I’ve been using it to monitor feral cats. Very pleased with the results

This could have been a 4-star review, but . . .
. . . it stopped working after the first week.I don’t want this to be a negative review, but it will be an honest one.I purchased this trail camera based on the affordable price, the many positive Amazon reviews, and the fact that Vikeri cameras placed highly on many third-party review sites. If it had continued working, I probably would have given it 4 stars, one off because it went through the first set of 8 batteries in just 5 days. Granted, that problem could have been caused by the 4 off-brand batteries that came with the camera being paired with 4 Duracells, but I didn’t get the chance to fully test a second set of new batteries. It worked great for a week, except for the battery usage. We got some good nighttime photos of deer and a raccoon, then it just stopped working. I checked the batteries (8 new Duracells) and they still had a charge. I placed a fresh set of batteries in it, but still nothing. The menu screen would not come on and when switched on, the camera did not take pictures.Full disclosure, I did NOT contact Vikeri customer service. I chose to use Amazon’s generous return policy and then I did some more research and ordered a camera from a different company. The photos were very good. I didn’t get to try the video before the camera failed. I had that feature switched off because of battery drain concerns. I’m including some of the photos it took. There are no daytime color photos because they were only of me walking up to the camera to check it.That being said, here are my pros and cons regarding the camera:PROS• Clear LED screen• Menu that allows previewing of images and videos and allows file deletion.• Clear daytime and nighttime images with time/date stamp and temperature• Easy setup• Four batteries included• 32GM SD card included• Mounting strap and small stand to hard mount to tree included (I did not test the hard mount)CONS• Only worked for a little over a week• First set of batteries (using the included off-brand batteries) only lasted 5 days. These were not even 24-hour days. Because this is a backyard camera, I would switch if off in the mornings and back on in the evening because I didn’t want dozens of pictures of me working in the yard.• Mounting strap was too short for the diameter of the tree that I needed to mount the camera on• The on/off/setup switch seemed flimsy• This is not really a con, but a respectful suggestion to the manufacturer – please have someone review your documentation for grammar.Maybe I received a fluke, but unfortunately, based on my experience I cannot recommend this camera, even though it has many desirable features.

Product description is accurate
The media could not be loaded. Trail Cam ReviewWe received and installed our Vikeri trail camera about four weeks ago so I cannot comment on its long term durability. That said, it appears well built with a good weather seal so I expect it to last a long time.In the short time we have had it the weather where we installed it has varied between 15°F and 45°F and we have had strong winds, rain and snow. The camera worked well through these extremes.I mounted the camera to a tree with the included straps aimed so that wind blown branches are out of the field of view. Its detection capabilities seem to be good without too many false triggers though during the strongest wind gusts there was a couple of recordings of moving branches. The camera has successfully captured animals as small as squirrels at up to 45 feet away and as large as a bear at about 30 feet distance. The bear, a bobcat, and two different coyote recordings were when it was dark and the images recorded using the IR LEDs are quite good. Daylight recordings include the above mentioned squirrels, a neighbor’s dog and a trespasser. Image quality for the daylight recordings is excellent. The camera came with a mount that can be screwed onto a wall or maybe even something like a 4x4 post. But the camera seemed less stable than I wanted so I used the included straps to attach it to the trunk of a large tree. The design of the back of the camera body and the strap system makes this very stable when strapped to a tree. The instructions were clear and setup was straight forward. Setup consisted mostly of the date and time, what information you want burned into the video, video quality, recording length, etc. In most cases the defaults were reasonable and made sense.I am very happy with this trail camera and I am seriously considering getting another one to cover more area around our mountain cabin.

Quality of the videos and ease of use.
The media could not be loaded. Is very easy to set up. Sensor works from a fair distance. Tried a dusk video & night video. Watch the video to the end.

More on a cheap side
Set it at max sensitivity, it didn't detect rabbit from 2m at night.4k video is 4k by resolution but not by the image quality. Same with pictures.Battery life is bad, on 8 batteries hardly lasted 24h with only handful of images/videos taken.
