Has a great adhesive backing . But it does depend on what you’re putting it on . Very easy to cut . Size is very good and quality is good . Functionality is good

I bought this foam to supplement the padding in my surgical boot. The metal frame of the boot was hurting my leg. Once I applied this foam, no more pain and I am able to get around again. Wonderful dense foam and it sticks very well. I could’ve used a little bigger size, but I made this work.

a little firmer than expected. Did not work for intended use. I will find a use tho'

Got them as an elbow pad for a van I drive in 400 miles a day. It serves the purpose and is perfectly firm so it does not wear out.

Exactly what I was looking for. Adhesive is strong and stays out.

Needed a black rubber filler foam to fill the large open Gap on an adapter plate. I didn't want that large gap where things could fall in.It was a lot more than I needed. Anna took two tries to cut what I needed to fill the Gap.Only issue I had is the color of the glue is white. It's left a little residue mark on the edge of the rubber which had to be scrubbed off by fingertips.It was four times more than what I needed but I'm sure I can file other uses for what's left over.
