I honestly didn’t expect much when I bought this pillow, but it has completely surprised me. But knowing there was a 30-day return policy gave me the confidence to order it right away, and I’m so glad I did! This pillow is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with it. To start with, the bamboo fabric is incredibly soft and pleasant to the touch. I really enjoy using it. The pillow doesn’t leave any marks on my face, and it doesn’t create static in my hair. The pillow’s softness is just right. It is not too firm, not too soft (though it leans slightly toward the softer side). It feels comfortable and doesn’t interrupt my sleep, while still offering good support for my neck. I adjusted to it very quickly. I’ve tried pillows from other brands, including some that cost two to three times more, but in terms of size, fabric, and firmness, this one is my favorite. If I had one suggestion about it, it would be to offer the option to buy an extra pillow cover with it. That said, when I reached out to the company, their customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful about everything. The design of the pillow is also really great, and it’s quite generously sized. As someone who usually sleeps on my side or back, I found it to be a great fit. Overall, I loved this pillow!

I baught this because always I was waking up with pain and this pillow really helped relieve my neck pain and improved my sleep. The memory foam keeps my head and neck perfectly aligned, and it’s very comfortable for side sleeping. I wake up without stiffness or headaches now.And I love it It bring protector pillow case and a pillow case💙💙💙

Pillow was too firm for my liking. It was not comfortable and as a matter of fact it gave me a head and neck pain.

I like this pillow. I am mostly a side sleeper and this pillow has a good level of firmness. If you only ever sleep on your side, it's a little low, but I switch to my back as well so I'm glad it's not too tall for that. I like the side cutouts for sleeping on my side without my face mashed into the pillow. It is on the firmer side but not uncomfortably so -- I like the supportiveness. It doesn't collapse away to nothing the way some pillows do. However my pillowcase came with a slightly mis-sewn zipper and it doesn't zip up very well. It is possible, but not easy. I thought i was gonna break the zipper. Not a dealbreaker for me since I am covering it with another pillowcase anyway, so I don't need to remove it regularly to launder, but I am removing a star for this flaw.

You’re probably here because your eyes bulged at the price of the real Flawless Face Pillow or the Omnia Pillow and went to Amazon to find an alternative. Feel free to try this out and have the return policy set your mind at ease. For me, this did not work. You have to position your head perfectly to allow the side of your face to fit in the gaps. Otherwise, you’re basically just squishing it defeating the purpose. It tough for me. Perhaps I could train myself to do it (I tried for 4 nights) but I started getting neck & shoulder pain and just wanted it to end. This is also a pretty firm pillow despite its memory foam core. I appreciated the neck support though. As a general pillow on its own, it’s not bad but if you’re getting it for the anti-wrinkle “feature” know it will take time to adjust and isn’t perfect.

I love the pillow it comes with 2 fitted pillow cases. When I had a problem finding extra pillow cases I contacted the seller who sent me 2 complimentary pillow cases. Very polite seller nice doing business with. I recommend this pillow

I woke up with no sore ear or jaw pain from the first night sleeping on this pillow. I have TMJ and not putting pressure on my jaw was wonderful. It took about a week for my neck and shoulders to adjust, but after years of waking up stiff and sore, a week was nothing. I did try both sides to find the one that worked for me. I have been using it for about 2 months now and the foam has retained its shape. We’ll see how it does over time. Very happy that I tried this pillow.

I realize that not all pillows work for everyone and this one is a cheaper nock off of a more expensive one, butvthis one works for me. I have bought so many pillows I have lost count. Most of them I bought for my neck issue, but this pillow not only works for my wrinkles but I wake up with no sore neck. It must be just the right size for my head. I am very glad I decided to buy one more specialty pillow.

Looks good, but goes flat within minutes of laying head on it... I was very hopeful for this pillow, after trying so many with no success, but it is so light and soft that as soon as you lay your head on it it goes flat and gives absolutely no support.... A big dissapointment!
