I bought two cameras a month ago. For three weeks both cameras worked well. Good image quality. The only disadvantage is that the alarm does not report what exactly movement or sound occurred. An alarm message arrives, but does not say what it was.After three weeks, one of the cameras began to turn off, as if there was no electricity. Then the camera turned on completely and no longer works. I tried using this cable on another camera and it works. This means the problem is not in the cable but in the camera itself. In two weeks another camera has the same problem.I cannot change a damaged cameras because I am in another country and it will cost me more to send a damaged camera back than to buy a new one.

Yet, to my surprise, the seller/company contacted me (via Amazon) to offer a full refund. Unfortunately, in less than 30 days, the camera quit panning left or right... I'm glad the vendor stated to the effect, they would be working to improve the tech/bugs I'd described... I have not been able to access via a PC yet.

This was easy to install, but the APP was a pain to use. The camera was simple to install, but only after I got it up did I realize that there was no memory chip installed or included with the camera so I had to take it back down to put a chip in it. The first time I tried to install the app on my phone, it crashed the phone, the second time it took, but there were some problems getting things to connect to the Wi-Fi. Overall there are less frustrating cameras out there for the same price point.

I use this camera on my apartment front light socket. The lens is clear during the day and at night. I would definitely recommend this camera and the set up process was very easy.

It chirps when movement is activated.a warning that ur being watched is a good thing.For what it is its great good price.
