I bought this to bring my pills with me on an almost three week trip, as I visited multiple cities in three different countries. It’s fantastic size, which fit into my backpack perfectly, without adding additional weight.As I got to each hotel, I was able to just pull it out of my backpack, place it on a counter, and I was ready to go for medication time. As someone with a variety of pills and vitamins, I wanted to make sure I could hold everything and have it well organized so I didn’t miss a medication.The top zipper was great to put medication that I needed to grab as we were traveling, like anti nausea medication or something for tummy issues. A few times I had to open my backpack and grab something out of that top zipper area while at the airport or on a bus.I tried locking it a few times, but I really didn’t need to often. It was a little clunky to make sure you got the zippers in the lock when I had it full of medication. If I was someone older or had arthritic hands, I might’ve struggled with the lock. I really didn’t need the lock, so I just rarely used it.The bottom area was tall enough to easily contain some of my taller medication bottles, like vitamins. My Costco sized vitamins were still too big, so I just had to carry those on the side, which worked fine. But everything else fit in well.I liked the ability to adjust in the inside dividers, as I could then corral some pills in different ways, like my fatter bottles in one area. It was not what I was considering when I looked at the bag (just the size), but the dividers were extremely helpful to use. Definitely a bonus! The Velcro on the dividers was perfectly easy to set up or adjust.The red color is nice and bright and cheerful. Red is my favorite color, although that was just a bonus to me. It was the functionality of the bag that was the best part.Great bag! Perfect for my long haul trip, but I’ll definitely use it on other trips in the future.

Simple, straightforward, no fuss. The only bottle that didn't fit in the elastic straps right was my big OTC bottle of magnesium, so I just transferred it to a large empty pill bottle I had and moved the label. It would have fit if the bottles directly below it were a tad smaller. Photos show just how much you can fit in this case, and it's about the size of a padded insulated lunch box (the size you'd use for a 6-pack of cans). The mesh pouches work perfect for my syringes, weekly pill organizer or two, and alcohol prep pads. The adjustable dividers lend some vertical stability to the otherwise limp case, while allowing a customized fit for various size boxes and bottles. I can fit all of my usual daily/weekly meds and supplements in the top (10 in all), and my various refills, as needed meds, extra syringes and prep pads, etc in the bottom. I was hoping there would be room for my TENs unit and BP monitor, but I'll just get a different case to store those in. All in all, seems worth the $20-ish for a secure way to store and carry my meds, next time I'm in the hospital I can just have my family grab the bag instead of tossing everything into a grocery sack! Both levels can be secured with a luggage lock when I go visit my grandson or elsewhere with small children, so that's a bonus.

This is perfect for people who travel a lot. Even at home it keeps everything together, nothing gets misplaced. It even has room to place your weekly pill box in it so everything is kept neet and out of sight .

The purple color is vibrant and the strap handle and zippers are suitable. I'm glad to have a place for my medications and vitamins but the velcro dividers are awkward to manage and the case is definitely floppy, until it's filled.I'm going to put labels on the elastic straps that hold each bottle so I can identify contents at a glance.This is better than the mesh bag I have been using where my prescriptions were loose. I'm not in love with this organizer but will give it time.Update: it's been a few months and since I have prescriptions, vitamins, and inhaler filling out the case, it's not the annoying floppy case it initially was when empty! I feel organized and it works for me.

Great size with plenty of room for all my son’s dorm essentials. We filled it with cold meds, ibuprofen, antacids, bandaids, ointment, bug spray, etc and still had room. 2 compartments to fill. Durable fabric and zipper quality. Great value for the money!

Fits all of my medications and small medical devices and I love it. It's easy to carry and locked zipper also.

I love the capacity of this medicine bag. It holds lots of prescription and OTC bottles very well. There are 2 sections (upper and lower) that are zippered and you can adjust the space in the lower section according to your needs. There are also separate sections with zippers on each level of the bag. Great!!
