I bought this to bring my pills with me on an almost three week trip, as I visited multiple cities in three different countries. It’s fantastic size, which fit into my backpack perfectly, without adding additional weight. As I got to each hotel, I was able to just pull it out of my backpack, place it on a counter, and I was ready to go for medication time. As someone with a variety of pills and vitamins, I wanted to make sure I could hold everything and have it well organized so I didn’t miss a medication. The top zipper was great to put medication that I needed to grab as we were traveling, like anti nausea medication or something for tummy issues. A few times I had to open my backpack and grab something out of that top zipper area while at the airport or on a bus. I tried locking it a few times, but I really didn’t need to often. It was a little clunky to make sure you got the zippers in the lock when I had it full of medication. If I was someone older or had arthritic hands, I might’ve struggled with the lock. I really didn’t need the lock, so I just rarely used it. The bottom area was tall enough to easily contain some of my taller medication bottles, like vitamins. My Costco sized vitamins were still too big, so I just had to carry those on the side, which worked fine. But everything else fit in well. I liked the ability to adjust in the inside dividers, as I could then corral some pills in different ways, like my fatter bottles in one area. It was not what I was considering when I looked at the bag (just the size), but the dividers were extremely helpful to use. Definitely a bonus! The Velcro on the dividers was perfectly easy to set up or adjust. The red color is nice and bright and cheerful. Red is my favorite color, although that was just a bonus to me. It was the functionality of the bag that was the best part. Great bag! Perfect for my long haul trip, but I’ll definitely use it on other trips in the future.

I am someone who has multiple autoimmune and chronic illnesses. I unfortunately do have to take a large quantity of meds (both rX and supplements as directed by my care team of specialists) to keep myself alive and functional on a day to day basis. I keep my daily meds organized in weekly pill containers and an emergency bag, but unfortunately until now that had been the extent of my organization. My many pill bottles were living in chaos. Recently they’d all been thrown into the same plastic bag. Before that they’d all been in the same dresser drawer. They were unorganized, easy to lose, and honestly a mess. When I discovered that bags like this existed my mind was blown, and after exploring many options I settled on this dual-layered red bag from Mancro and have quickly come to find it as an essential item for managing my medicine! It unfortunately does arrive fairly squished down, and even after stuffing it absolutely full with my meds it does retain some wrinkles. This is only a cosmetic issue, however, and does not impact functionality at all. The bag holds an impressive amount of pill bottles, and the hook and loop divider inserts in the bottom section, as well as extra elastic loops to hold things in the top, allow for great organizational options such as having designated spaces for morning meds, evening meds, supplements, extra bottles of pills, soon to need refilled prescriptions, etc. The bag itself had incredible color options, and I was incredibly drawn to both the teal and purple! In the end I did choose to go with the standard bright, medical red as when I travel I do take all my medicine with me, and not just my weekly pill organizers, in case of emergency. I decided that I did want the bag holding all of my medicine to be distinctly recognizable inside of my luggage as, overall, a medical item and not as just another piece of luggage (if you wish to be more discreet, however, the other colors are solid options!) The last detail that I want to highlight are the zippers. Firstly, they open and close beautifully, something that not all zippers sewn around a curve do. Secondly, and the big thing here, is that each zipper toggle on each zipper aligns with its other zipper toggle to form a little “o” piece that you are able to put a thin lock through in order to lock your bag for safety and security! This is such a thoughtful finishing detail that I really love, as it allows for a much better sense of safety both while traveling and while in the home with very young family members with tiny fingers that find and get into everything. Overall, I’m so beyond impressed with this bag. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, holds an absolute ton, keeps my meds safe and organized, and has the built in ability for me to lock them in too. It is convenient for both traveling with as well as continual home use, and without needing to do anything other than grab it and put it inside my luggage. I wish I had seen and bought this years sooner! I cannot recommend it enough to other folks who also take a solid amount of daily meds, because it increases my quality of life that much!

Very roomy very sturdy

This medical organizer bag is great. The upper part holds small med devices like glucose monitor, oximeter, etc., and the lower portions holds pill boylttles, both large and small, very nicely with dividers. It is well made and great value for the cost.
