They looked at least 2 sizes too small and I was sure that if I could even get them on, they'd be uncomfortably binding. Imagine my surprise that they not only went on with ease, they were totally comfortable all day and all evening! (BTW, I ordered a 44 based on my hip measurement of 43-44). No panty line either even though I was wearing tight-fitting jeans. The only negative for me was the color--not at all a hot pink, more like a dark coral color.
