Worked great nice and sturdy.

Bought a cheapie sofa and ottoman from Amazon and assembled it myself. The sofa sat a bit lower than I preferred, so got these risers to bring it up to a more standard height. Worked perfectly. They are a bit bigger than I anticipated, but the legs of the sofa and ottoman sit firmly on these risers, so no worries about slipping off. Worked out well if you can get past the kinda awkward look of them.

Works as it should I put sliders under each for easy moving.

I purchased these risers to support my aging 82 year old grandmother. She struggled getting up from her favorite chair, but she would have protested actual rails. By lifting her chair up 3 inches, it is now easier for her to sit down and to get up. Ironically, she did not even notice it. After 2 days I asked her if she noticed anything and she said didn't know what I was talking about until I pointed the risers out.It was easier for her without an obvious change.These risers are plastic, and support the weight of her and the chair well. The flat top has a round metal plate covered in black foam that supports each chair leg and distributes the weight down the sides of the riser. I do recommend someone agile to place the chairs on the riser. The color also blends in with my chair legs, so they do not stand out.This is a good transitional solution.

They work great for a light desk, not sure about a bed or heavy furniture

Rating 3” risersI like that it’s round and the opening fit our table legs snugly so please read the product description before you order and get disappointed. The circular shape helps with those who stub their toes like hubby. Seems sturdy and stabilizes our table. The value for your money is definitely worth it. There are different colors to choose from but of course hubby defaults to black. As you can see the different browns from my floor and table, but function over fashion is the name of hubby’s game. I personally don’t like the color difference as I feel it stands out like a huge big toe with teeny toes to follow.I don’t build or know standard heights of furniture but an 8” clearance doesn't seem to be right unless you’re a giant. My husband is a whole foot and a half taller than I am so this table now comes up high enough on me for it to be a stand up craft/sewing table.I am returning this product because apparently we thought we ordered just enough for my tall spidery shaped husband to fit under the table without bumping his knees on the overhang of our table. I happily put the risers on to find it is almost the same height as our sit at counter! Yes, it would be easier to just get counter height stools but hubby will not for some odd reason sit in them. There’s a difference with counter height and bar height. Anyway, the product is excellent but don’t sell 1” risers, so it’s back to the search engine again.
